I am no fan of the Olympics, i cant wait for the whole thing to be over with and life in East London can return to normality. However this from the Mirror is awsome :
"Lining the Olympic torch’s route into London from Kent on
Friday, the clearly-thrilled copper’s performance was an arresting
demonstration of how the nation is starting to get into the carnival
spirit just four days ahead of the start of the Games.
Uploaded to
YouTube, the motorbike outrider’s flamboyant show has already racked up
hundreds of thousands of views on the video-sharing site."
The famous "Englishman's reserve"- Usually Prim, proper and always keeping his head down. If you get the chance Billy go to Cologne for their Carnival or Amsterdam for their Queen's birthday- Koninginendag. An eyeopener!
