The shock of the reshuffle?

The dust is settling on the reshuffle.

We all have opinions on whether thief David Laws should be back or whether Hunt to health is right, But judging by one persons timeline their does seem to be genuine shock at one departure. I will be honest Tim Loughton had not come across my radar but here is some tweets thanking him for his work:

 It does seem strange that a popular Sec of state who seems to command support from all sides is sacked!

Maybe that is why he hasnt changed his twitter profile yet?
