David probably feels the same way too, but how would we know, as Chimpy never says "Boo" without someone gives him a big-enough bung to go address some group somewhere. Once you've been a Minister, some people think you have important things to say, and David feels they ought to pay handsomely for the privilege of hearing it. (He DOES pay full tax on it, supposedly; none o' this "Office of D. Miliband" horseshit, according to the outside interests list.)
